| FLIGHT INFORMATION | |||||||||
| Field will
be divided into three or four flights. The number of flights will be determined
by the size and quality of the field (approximately 20-25 teams each). Each
team will be placed into the appropriate flight based on the lower Handicap
Index® of the two-man team. Your Handicap index as of the August 15, 2012 Handicap Revision will be in effect. |

| COMPETITION INFORMATION | |||||||||
| Each player
tees off on each hole. The best of the tee shots is selected and all players
play their second shots from that spot. The best of the second shots is determined, then all play their third shots from that spot, and so on until the ball is holed. |

Country Club - From Turnpike Exit 218, I-80 east to Rt. 11 south
to Rt. 224 (Poland/Canfield) exit. Proceed east on Rt. 224 to Lockwood
Blvd. Turn left on Lockwood and proceed north 100 yards to Tippecanoe
Rd. on left. Go north 1/2 mile on Tippecanoe Rd. to Club on left. |
