Beginning
in 2008, the active posting season start date and all remaining
active season revisions will begin on a TUESDAY and
be effective on WEDNESDAY. In years past the
cutoff date to post scores during a revision week was Thursday
with an effective date on Friday. For

Active/Inactive
Season Reminder
The NOGA inactive season begins
November 1, 2007 and ends on April 1, 2008. Any recorded
scores made in northern
Ohio, or any other area observing an inactive season between
these dates, are not acceptable scores for handicap posting. Scores
recorded in an area with no inactive season, Florida for example,
are acceptable scores for handicap posting. See Section 6-2 in
the
USGA Handicap Manual for more information or contact Frank
at NOGA with any questions.
